Southside Kickboxing
This class is a unique blend of American kickboxing, Dutch kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, and karate. During this class you will be challenged. Be prepared to learn striking techniques, proper form for kicks, and techniques geared to assist in preparing for fighting, competition, or getting fit. All levels of athletes are welcome and beginners will be assisted through the learning process. This class is excellent for conditioning and fitness as well as preparing for competition.

No Gi Brazilian Jui Jitsu
These classes are all about learning how to grapple without “pajamas”. Students will have opportunity to learn groundwork and technique that can assist in any fight game hobbyists repertoire. Be prepared to learn various levels of techniques, flow roll, roll, and engage in drills with others.

Gi Brazilian Jui Jitsu
Prepare to be challenged and tested on your knowledge. Students will learn BJJ that will be focused on competition and earning rank. Students will be given curriculum, tested according to level, and given stripes or belt as earned. Classes include conditioning, rolling, and drills and techniques can be applied for self-defense as well. Students who do not readily have a gi can purchase one through the gym or will be directed to merchants who may be of assistance.
