Frequently asked questions.

What’s your COVID Policy?

Grappling, BJJ, Kickboxing, and MMA are all contact sports. We try our hardest to endorse a culture of clean and encourage all students to engage in hygienic practices. We have Lysol spray readily available to use for equipment, we have hand sanitizer by the mats, and the mats and cage are mopped after every use. All of the coaching staff is also vaccinated. We encourage students to stay home and not attend class if they are not feeling well.

What if I don’t want to fight?

We endorse fitness! You are welcome to participate in any and all classes even if you do not want to fight or compete in any way. All classes will give a good workout and be excellent to add in anyone’s journey towards health and fitness.

Can I cross-train?

Yes. If you have a home gym or want to drop in to try a new place, come on by. The gym encourages growth and learning and wants to add to anyone’s martial arts education.

I don’t feel like I’m ready to train, can I come later?

We are here when you are ready. We all have to begin somewhere though, the gym would be an excellent place to start. We welcome athletes and students of all stages and levels. Accommodations for certain moves or workouts can be made if needed. We ask you put in your best and participate fully.
